Brandon De Bruhl graduated high school without knowing how to read. He's now a Google Policy Fellow...
My name is Brandon De Bruhl. I am a recent graduate from the University of Southern California, Price School of Public Policy, and recently appointed to be a Google Policy Fellow. As a master’s student, I focused my work in project management, strategy and data science. I am also dyslexic. Dyslexia moves letters around on the page, making it challenging to read and write. I my case, mathematics were unaffected by my disability and I excelled in statistics, economics and data science.
I am excited to be part of Lime Connect and want to help others who have dyslexia. The USC Price School of Public Policy recently featured my story of finding success with dyslexia and graduating with top marks at USC. Learning disabilities are incredibly challenging for anyone and I want my story to serve as a positive example. I would be honored to tell my story, share my strategies, or connect with any members on Lime Connect. Please feel free to reach out on LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/debruhlb.
