About Us
Lime was founded in March of 2006 by Rich Donovan, a Columbia MBA and member of Merrill Lynch's proprietary trading team who happens to have cerebral palsy. Originating as Morris Street Partners, the organization undertook an intense strategic branding process that resulted in Lime - clearly representing the organization's fresh, out-of-the-box business approach in the disability space.
Lime's mission:
To add demonstrated value to the global corporate community by unlocking economic potential through employment of people with disabilities.
Lime's objective:
To attain employment parity as measured by the workforce composition of Standard and Poors 500 firms reflecting 3% employees with disabilities by the year 2016.
