Our partners value the intellectual capital and unique perspectives that individuals with disabilities bring to them, and have worked with us to integrate disability as a full component of their overall diversity strategy. They have each realized strong hiring success via our partnership, and love meeting members of The Lime Network face to face.
We host receptions in various cities across the U.S. and Canada for current university students, new grads and experienced professionals who are seeking internships, co-ops and full-time opportunities – or who are building relationships for future career growth.
We, and our partners, put talent first, and our receptions are not "job fairs," but are great opportunities to network one-on-one and develop relationships with corporate execs and recruiters.

And since one in five people globally has a disability, with 90% of campus and 70% of non-campus disabilities not visible - including ADD, dyslexia, depression, medical conditions and many others - all university students and professionals with disabilities are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. While events are hosted in specific cities, opportunities exist across the countr(ies), and if you match current needs, you may interview locally or via phone as an initial step.
